Cooking instructions from Frozen:
Microwave: 1800W-11 mins; 1700W-9 mins. Full Power. Pierce pouch several times. Place on a non-metallic plate and microwave at full power for 5 minutes- then turn and heat for another 4 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 min before serving.
Combi oven: 100°C, 30 mins. Remove rib from the pouch and place on a baking tray. If the oven is Steam Only, you can cook the rib in the bag, at max 100°C.
Cooking instructions from Chilled:
Microwave: 800W-5 mins; 1700W-4 mins. Full Power. Pierce pouch several times. Place on a non-metallic plate and microwave at full power. Leave to stand for 1 min before serving.
Combi oven: 100°C, 20 mins. Remove rib from the pouch and place on a baking tray. If the oven is Steam Only, you can cook the rib in the bag, at max 100°C.
TIP: Once Microwaved- stick under grill for a couple of minutes pouring sauce over them to get a great glaze/sticky sauce- ENJOY
